What’s your view on the 12v DC-DC Chargers? Are they any good? Do they give a better charge to the batteries? Would there be any benefit in installing one on the camper trailer, or in the rear of the towing vehicle (any benefits/disadvantages of either method). Would there be any advantages to using these for all auxiliary batteries?
I am currently looking to install a custom power system to the families camper trailer, and haven’t yet decided on the best method of charging.
Hi David, I like them a lot, especially on campers or caravans where there is a lot of voltage drop in the wiring back to the trailer.
